HINA “A girl who did not even understand the meaning of confidence, has been fed with a mixed bag of confidence in traveling alone, putting her own ideas and perceptions forward, meeting and dealing with new and strange people. It’s just because of USF, I got wings; and mentoring is the best thing happened to me, and has completely transformed my life.” ~Hina, Udayan Shalini Fellow Hina is a girl, full of potential, who has always bagged first position. She dreamed of doing great in the field of mass communications and set her sights on furthering her education. However, her father, a low-paid labourer, was not able to afford her education. So she became an Udayan Shalini Fellow. She took on her dream. And began to grow! She has completed her 12th with us and is soon going to enroll herself in B.A mass communications. She is the first girl in her family who will enter the college. In her first year of the fellowship, she gained confidence. We know this is only the beginning, but already she has made us so proud!
POOJA Pooja is a passionate girl and a fast learner, who always liked to be perform well in every phase of her life, but felt financially constrained, coming from a low income family. She was thrilled when she got the opportunity to join the Advance Diploma in Computer Application (ADCA) course in our Computer Centre. From the beginning she was clear that this course was going to transform her life! Pooja completed one year diploma course from our ‘United Decoratives-Udayan Care IT Centre’, and soon after completing this course she got the opportunity to join a reputed firm AGC Chemicals Pvt. Ltd (Sahibabad) with a good salary as per industry standard. Her employer truly appreciates her, saying, “She is a professional and is extremely talented and at such a young age she exhibits great professionalism towards her work.”
