Now I am very excited and happy. At last, I have gained confidence. And I really enjoy my job where I am learning new things every day. Being an arts student, I got the opportunity to work in the retail sector, where I learn accounting and SAP. Life can only get better from here.

Before I joined the Desktop Publishing Course, I didn’t know Photoshop or CorelDraw.  I had seen the software when my father used them during his work, and I was really curious to help him.  But due to lack of knowledge, I was not able to do.So, I enrolled in the first batch of the publishing course. Now, I help my father complete his official projects and design book covers. I really enjoy it!

I’ve been at Udayan Ghar since I was 3 years old and have built strong family ties with my mentor parents and friends. I have learned that when you keep smiling, you can make any situation better. And when I won the Excellence Award in a vocal music competition, I learnt that singing turns any sad day into a glad day!

Football has taught me many things. Every time I have had to face tough situations, I turn to football for a solution and I usually get it in the form of discipline, collaboration with others or sharing in moments of happiness and sadness. I am so happy that my efforts have paid off – if all goes well, I will represent my city in football and travel to Spain and Germany for training! Thank you for the opportunity, Udayan Ghar!

I'm a sportsman and that has won me so many medals, the ‘Man of the Match’ title representing Haryana in Special Cricket, and a chance to represent Haryana at the state level in cricket later this year.
