History

Hyderabad, the capital of Telangana, is a major centre for India's Technology Hub business. By 2020, Hyderabad will have 600,000 IT/ITES workers employed by more than a thousand organizations. In 2020, the population of this city was estimated to be 100.04 lakh. According to the 2011 Educational Census, the average literacy rate is 83.26 percent, with males having an education rate of 87.31 percent and females having an education rate of 79.04 percent (the next census is expected to be conducted in 2021). Despite the fact that Hyderabad is a hub for multinational corporations, employment opportunities for the marginalised are rare. Due to financial constraints and a lack of proper support from their families, women from economically disadvantaged sectors of Hyderabad postpone/quit their higher education.
