Kurukshetra: 11th Jan 2018: The new building for housing the children of Udayan Ghar was inaugurated today. Thanks to ASOS, UK for this gift of love that has added another feather in the cap of #Udayancare. The three Udayan Care programmes - Udayan Ghar, Udayan Shalini Fellowship and Udayan Care IT Centre, will now run from this building. On this occasion, Ms. Louise McCabe, Director –Corporate Responsibility of ASOS, UK was the Chief Guest and many volunteers from ASOS accompanied her. Dr. Kiran Modi, Managing Trustee, Mr. Arun Talwar, COO of Udayan Care and senior staff members from Udayan Care graced the occasion. Prof Sushama Sharma, Prof Ram Vilas and Mr. Dharampal, the mentors at Kurukshetra expressed their gratitude for the new home. A few mentors from Delhi, CWC Chairperson and members, DCPO of Kurukshetra and many local dignitaries also attended the inaugural. There were different performances by the girls from Udayan Ghar and Udayan Shalini Fellowship Programme.
